Working Principle of Sino-NSH VF-10 Dielectric Oil Purifier
When the VF is working, the oil enters the primary filter through
the inlet under the action of the internal and external pressure
difference, and the large particles of impurities are filtered out.
After the oil is heated by a multi-stage electric heater, it enters
the Sino-NSH special vacuum separation tank. In the separation
tank, the mist is first formed, and then the film is formed, so
that the contact area in the vacuum is expanded to hundreds of
times, and the water in the oil is obtained under the conditions of
high heat, high vacuum, large surface, and high pumping speed.
Vaporizes quickly and is exhausted by the vacuum system.
Why is the Transformer Oil Dehydration and Filtration Machine
Necessary?
The transformer oil vacuum treatment machine can quickly remove
harmful components in the oil such as moisture, gas, and impurities
in the transformer oil, improve the lubricating performance of the

Precautions
1. The ambient temperature of the machine should be within the
range of -25 to 45°C.
2. The altitude of the site will directly affect the vacuum of the
machine, the higher the altitude, the lower the vacuum (negative
value).
3. The oil to be treated should not be too dirty (that is, there
are too many impurity particles in the oil), otherwise, it must be
fully filtered with other filtering equipment (such as the plate
and frame oil filter produced by our factory) to avoid affecting
the degassing of the oil machine Efficiency or clogged filter
elements affect the life of the oil machine.
