Application
Transformer oil purifier is mainly used to improve the properties
of insulating oils in electric power transformer and other oil
filled electrical equipment.It can remove dissolved and free
water,dissolved gas and particulate impurities effectively so as to
increase special indexes of insulation oil.It combines vacuum
flashing evaporation technology and delaminating gradual -close
filter technology to reach best performance of oil
purification.Mealwhile,by integrating efficient thermal and
double-stage vacuum,the breakdown voltage is highly impeoved,which
can be increase from 25kv to over 70kv.

Description
Oil purifier, also known as an oil filtration machine, is designed
to filter and purify contaminated oil, restoring or enhancing the
oil's properties. This includes aspects such as oil cleanliness,
water content, gas content, acid number, kinematic viscosity, flash
point, insulation level, and color. The oil purifier operates by
removing solid impurities and water from polluted oil using
pressure filtration or vacuum evaporation-pressure filtration
methods. It is primarily utilized to improve the insulating
properties of transformer oil and the purity of lubricating oil.
The equipment can regenerate degraded oil without the need for
power outages, oil replacement, or interruption to the equipment's
operation. It effectively removes acidic compounds, suspended
particles, sludge, water, and other contaminants from the oil,
enhancing both the insulation and safety performance of machinery.
Due to its acid removal capabilities, it is often used as a
supplementary purification tool alongside vacuum oil purifiers.
