Function

VR series vacuum pumps possess a primary vacuum pump and a secondary booster pump. The primary vacuum pump initiates the vacuum process and upon reaching a predefined vacuum threshold the secondary booster pump is automatically started to provide an even deeper vacuum and to increase the handling mass capacity of the entire system. All VR systems are controlled by operating buttons on the electrical control panel. VR systems are sold in different sizes and configurations depending on exact customer requirements.

Application

The unit is mainly used for vacuuming and drying various vacuum systems that require high pumping speed and obtain medium and high vacuum, especially suitable for vacuuming transformers. This vacuum drying and exhaust unit is widely used in vacuum smelting, vacuum heat treatment, welding, chemical pharmaceuticals, vacuum coating, electronic components, and other industries.

10. The powerful rotary vane front stage pump generates the necessary front stage pressure so that the Roots pump always reaches the maximum pumping speed and ultimate vacuum.
11. Applying for vacuum drying and vacuum measurement of transformers, tap changers, auxiliary switches, and other electrical equipment
12. The control system has the perfect protection and alarm functions with phase sequence, phase, overvoltage, under-voltage, leakage detection and protection of all faults are the corresponding warning light prompt.
13. The rotary vane pump and Roots pump separate water vapor and light oil for cooling, collection, and emissions, to protect the vacuum pump oil from pollution, and enhance the pumping capacity of the vacuum pump to improve the working vacuum.
